POW!
A Problem Solving Workshop to emPOWer Women

POW-Asset-02.png

Life is overwhelming, especially when you are a mom or a primary caregiver. There is never enough time, energy or resources. We are pulled in a thousand directions and we are often left feeling depleted. But it doesn't have to be that way. We are strong. We are resilient. We are women.

POW! ’s main focus is to help moms and caregivers take pragmatic (logical) steps to create a more manageable life for themselves. It is a problem solving workshop that uses Evidence Based Practices to help fill your toolbox with sustainable strategies for daily success within a supportive and spiritual group setting.
